The Challenge

Treasure Naturals, an established UK hair and skincare e-commerce brand, needed to move its whole store from self-hosted WooCommerce to Shopify without losing any commercial history: its product catalog, years of customer records, and thousands of past orders. It also needed the switch to happen without taking checkout offline.

What We Built

• A custom Shopify app built for this migration, giving direct control over products, customers, orders, inventory, navigation, and theme content instead of relying on off-the-shelf import tools.
• The full catalog moved across: 46 products with their images, pricing, and categories.
• The storefront rebuilt to match the brand: theme, homepage, navigation, and category imagery.
• Customer and order history transferred, with each record checked against the source data.
• Email marketing (Omnisend) moved from its WooCommerce connection to Shopify, keeping subscribers and their consent status.
• The live domain switched to Shopify in a single coordinated change, confirmed live within minutes, while business email carried on without interruption.

• 100% data integrity: every product, customer, and order was migrated and verified.
• Zero-downtime cutover: the domain switch was confirmed live and serving traffic in the same session it was made.
• Full continuity: email marketing, subscriber consent records, and business email all carried forward without disruption.
• A clean handover: the old WooCommerce hosting was decommissioned only after the new Shopify store was confirmed stable.
